Seacoast Guide Service is owned and operated by outdoor enthusiest Tim Moore and based out of Portsmouth, NH. Tim is a licensed New Hampshire hunting guide and a proud member of the New Hampshire Guide's Association. He has over twenty years of hunting and outdoor experience throughout the state.
I guide mostly in WMU L (Rochester/Barrington, Deerfield, Hookset, Allenstown), WMU G (Danbury/Grafton), WMU A1 & A2 (Pittsburg), and of course WMU M (Seacoast, Greenland, Stratham). Having hunted in New Hampshire for most of my life, I can offer experience in many other parts of the state such as the New Durham/Alton area.
I love the outdoors more than anything! I have had the good fortune of being able to spend a lot of time in the woods. I became a guide because I love spending time in the woods with other hunters. Whether you're hunting deer, moose, bear, turkeys, or shed antlers, harvest or no harvest, you won't go home disappointed and you won't get a more dedicated hunting guide!
I offer fully and semi guided moose hunts as well as wild turkey, deer, and bear hunts. I also offer fall deer/turkey combos. Call or email for details.
All hunts require a 50% non-refundable deposit within ten days of booking and the balance due (most hunts) 45 days prior to the hunt start date, gratuity not included.
**Hunters are responsible for getting their own licenses.**
Whitetail deer are the most persued big game animal in North America. New Hampshire is no exception. The seacoast area (WMU M) has been known to produce some beauties in the 200 pound weight range and even some Boone and Crocket class bucks but this is not a regular occurance. However, WMU M is home to some really nice "wallhangers."
A recent study expects the deer population in the northeast to increase 350 percent over the next ten years. The same study shows that whitetails annually cause $22 million in damage per state. The damage is a result of auto/deer collisions, crop depredation, etc. Public employees currently spend 175,000 man-hours every year responding to whitetail related problems. We can all do our part. This "I only kill bucks" attitude is great on TV but has an adverse effect in many other areas. New Hampshire's WMU M is just one example. |
